By rinsing utensils from both above and below comprehensive cleaning will be delivered across all your goods, with the water quality perfected by a quadruple filtration system and the addition of a rinse aid dispenser. This particular model features an extended cavity height that allows it to hold even the largest of kitchen tools with ease.
This utensil washer delivers a rinse temperature of 82°C for 12 seconds, a temperature that won’t be reached when handwashing. As such, cleaning your equipment with this commercial utensil washer is the only way to guarantee effective sanitation when washing – ensuring staff and customers are protected against transferrable viruses. Once cleaned, we recommend storing your equipment in the wash basket to reduce contact and handling.
