Ideal for meat, fish & poultry, the gas Imperial EBA-3223 countertop chargrill’s 3 individually-controlled burners evenly distribute heat to provide the high temperatures required to cook fast and seal in juices. The slanted cooking surface provides flexible cooking temperatures, whilst allowing excess grease or fat to flow to the removable front grease trough. And thanks to the heavy duty cast iron cooking sections, you can easily achieve those sought-after branding marks.
Once you’re finished, the whole unit is easy to clean, with many removable parts.
