Description

A unit that delivers that alluring chargrilled flavour to foods without the use of lava rocks or charcoal, the Lincat Opus 800 Chargrill provides up to 20kW of heating whilst using less energy to reduce your running costs. Independent heat zones allow you to perfect meat from every angle and also offer the option of turning separate zones off and on to match rises and dips in demand, further minimising energy wastage and cutting costs. The chargrill taste is given through the radiants that deliver the perfect amount of flaring so as to add flavour without overpowering the meat, with cast iron grids adding the signature chargrill appearance to wet your customer’s appetite.
