Rectangular wet heated well for heating or holding fresh and previously cooked food at optimum safe temperatures. Stainless steel for easy maintenance and reliable performance. Suitable for 1x 1/1, 2x 1/2 or 3x 1/3 GN pans with a maximum depth of 152mm.
