Providing temperatures of up to 450°C at the centre of the bullseye, graduating to cooler zones towards the edges, you can quickly move pans between zones to cook to precision. Control is via the simple yet accurate front mounted dial thermostat, whilst cleaning is also easy thanks to high grade stainless steel construction.
