The high quality E3407 Falcon wet well bain marie is the perfect addition to the commercial kitchen setup for holding pre-cooked foods at hygienic serving temperatures. Able to accommodate a full sized (1/1) 150mm deep gastronorm pan, the bain marie can reliably store up to 20 litres of food, whilst the stainless steel construction and front-mounted drain valve ensure easy cleaning at the end of service.
