Especially suited for use alongside a Rational combi oven, cooked foods can be transferred directly from cooker to cooler thanks to this particular model’s compatibility with Rational SCC Trolleys, saving on time, space and washing. Drawing cool air from ground level the machine is able to operate at higher ambient temperatures and in tighter spaces, making this machine suitable a range of commercial businesses.
