Present a fully tiered and arranged chilled showcase of your best stock on one of these Designline Drop In Patisserie units, an attractive and space saving alternative for smaller catering establishments. With rear doors for momentary access to stock for customer service and refilling, this merchandiser would be well suited in businesses with high food and customer output. Temperature ranges from 2°C to 5°C and is easily controlled via digital display. Fitted with locking castors and an adjustable centre foot, the unit can be easily manoeuvred for cleaning, and other elements such as removable deck plates and an integrated water evaporator that takes away the need for site drainage all contribute to minimising effort required for maintenance. GN pans sold separately.
