Designed to be used alongside the Victor Ambassador HotKold service trolley, these cool plates are designed to convert the ambient cupboard to be chilled, so that cold foods can be served alongside hot. Simply slide these into the unit approximately an hour before service and food can be kept cold much longer than if stored at room temperature. Requires freezing before use.
- T723 requires four eutectic plates
- T724 requires three eutectic plates
- Due to the high cost of carriage and handling a restocking fee of up to 25% is applied to this product if returned
