The conical design of this copper riser creates a stable base for a single dish or you can use multiple risers to hold up a large platter. The riser also doubles up as a basket that is perfect for displaying bread rolls or fruit. Nearly all bowls from APS feature rings on the underside that will prevent them from moving once placed on a riser and helps you to avoid accidents at the buffet table.
